Delete your Package Hero profile

Request the permanent deletion of your Package Hero profile on iOS or Android.

What will be deleted

  • Game progress, name, avatar and public profile
  • League position, shipping company membership and referrals
  • Available and previously purchased gold bars
  • Notification history, open rewards and cloud save

What may remain

Records required for billing, refunds and security may be retained without playable profile data. They cannot restore gold bars or progress.

Hero Pass subscription

Deleting the profile does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel it directly in the respective store.

Manual verification

A reachable email address is required. We may ask for additional proof before deleting anything.

Send a deletion request

Enter your eight-character support code and an email address where we can reach you. We verify the request manually. The support code alone never deletes an account automatically.
